Personal Responsibility....Again

As some will know by reading past postings, I believe there is a serious lack of personal responsibility in this world that usually leads to some bogus lawsuit.  This story is no different.

Jennifer Raper, 45, has filed a lawsuit against two doctors (Dr. Allison Bryant, a physician working for Planned Parenthood at the time and Dr. Benjamin Eleonu at Boston Medical Center) and Planned Parenthood seeking the costs of raising her child because she claimed they failed to properly abort her unborn child.  She wanted the abortion for "financial reasons".  She is seeking damages, including child-rearing costs.

Raper alleges in the suit that Planned Parenthood and Bryant were negligent for failing to end her pregnancy and that Eleonu was negligent for failing to see she was still pregnant.

My only question is this - Hey, Jen....if you weren't prepared for a child, aren't you negligent for not keeping your legs shut?
