The part that completely blows my mind is that Kucinich applied for - and has now been approved for - federal matching funds. Yup, our tax dollars have been approved to help finance his campaign to the tune of $18.6 million. This is from the "working man's" Democrat.
If Kucinich is so concerned with the financial state of our country, which is one of his statements against our current government, why is he taking money from the out-of-work Americans and spending it on a campaign that is going to go down the toilet? He has to know that he has no real chance of winning but is still going to take this cash and run with it.
For what it's worth, former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean, Sen. John Kerry, and President Bush have declined this federal funding. Nice use of federal cash, Dennis.
I just stumbled upon this site and am so glad I did. I enjoy strong
opinions especially when they are paired with good common sense. Thanks,
